We at the Hampton Park Women’s Health Care Centre believe in your rights to confidentiality. By law we must record your details within our files, however this information is regarded as strictly confidential. No medical details will be given out to any member of the public with out your consent. This includes other medical persons. Obviously, there might be some people whom you wish us to communicate with such as your local doctor by way of a letter or a specific person in case of emergency. To avoid any confusion our receptionist will see you in a private area when you arrive to go through this and understand your strict instructions. We will record this information on your file.
