The Hampton Park Women’s Health Care Centre are proud to have developed a business management system that meets the specific requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008.
This integrated management system incorporates all key business management functions and is implemented and maintained to provide consistency throughout our business.
These systems include:
Policy Statement
- Normally one page and communicated to employees
- Public commitment to comply with requirements and continual improvement
- Provides a framework for reviewing objectives (Management review)
Quality Manual
- Often called a Management Manual or Policy manual
- Must address ISO 9001 clauses4.2.3, 4.2.4, 8.2.2, 8.3, 8.5.2 & 8.5.3
- May also include all other procedures
- Describes organisational structure and responsibilities for QMS
Work instructions or procedures
- Specific instructions for relevant tasks
- Distributed for use and document control
Continual Improvement & Planning
- How non-conformances are recorded and addressed
- How corrective & preventative action is undertaken
- Business/quality objectives are documented and reviewed
Implementation
- Evidence of system working
- Customer perceptions and requirements known
- Relevant staff trained/competent and new staff inducted
- Suppliers/contractors are being assessed
- Relevant monitoring devices/equipment regularly calibrated and checked
- Document control is working
Review
- Internal audits are being conducted and recorded
- Management review being conducted and recorded

The Hampton Park Womens Health Care Centre employ TQCS International to provide quality certification services. TQCS International audit our site annually.
