1. I had a termination at your clinic last week I know you probably don’t get too many compliments or thank-you but I am just writing to say how impressed I was with your clinic.

   The staff are very professional, the clinic is very clean and the systems that are in place are great, very efficient and I found the whole process to run smoothly as everyone knew exactly what it was that they were doing. From checking in till leaving everything went smoothly and everyone was supportive. Dr Michelle was lovely and very informative, the anaesthetist was also very nice and the nursing staff were brilliant. I’m a nurse myself and couldn’t have asked for better care.

   You all should be proud of the way you work and the work you do because you all do it so well.

2. Dear Ladies, I just wanted to thank you all so much for your care and support today when I decided to have a termination. It was a very sad decision filled with guilt. But all of you handled the situation with such respect and dignity that I cannot thank you enough. I really appreciate all the information you gave to me and the quality care during the whole ordeal.
