I had a termination at your clinic last week I know you probably don’t get too many compliments or thank-you but I am just writing to say how impressed I was with your clinic.
The staff are very professional, the clinic is very clean and the systems that are in place are great, very efficient and I found the whole process to run smoothly as everyone knew exactly what it was that they were doing. From checking in till leaving everything went smoothly and everyone was supportive. Dr Michelle was lovely and very informative, the anaesthetist was also very nice and the nursing staff were brilliant. I’m a nurse myself and couldn’t have asked for better care.
You all should be proud of the way you work and the work you do because you all do it so well.
I attended your clinic last week and today. I just wanted to say that you are all an amazing bunch of women and I am so thankful to how welcoming and safe you made me feel.
You have all treated me with kindness in your words and actions. It’s lovely to know that any scared women who come to your clinic are well looked after. Keep up the amazing job.
I was a patient in your clinic yesterday, I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with your staff !
I’m only 22 years old and have never done anything like this before so it was a really hard day but your staff made it a lot easier for me and made me feel really comfortable. I did have a complication and had to be rushed back to the clinic due to excessive bleeding and they took me straight through to see what the problem was.
Although it isn’t the best circumstance to be in, I just wanted to let you know that your friendly staff made it a lot better for me and just wanted to thank you all.
Thank you for your support on Jan 4th. A special thank you to the nurses in consultation prior to the surgery. The lovely operating Dr for making me feel comfortable. Thankyou everybody for your support and for caring from start to finish!
Turns out I owe my life to Dr Michelle, amazing human being. At my appointment she picked up that I had an ectopic of some sort and that it was not good. She consulted colleagues and arranged for specialist ultrasounds, she wrote letters to the Dr at monash so I was treated properly she called me to check my progress and it turned out I had an extremely rare ectopic in the scar tissue of my cesarean section scar with an extremely thin uterine wall and I was very lucky I didn’t rupture my uterus and hemorrhage. I spent 7 days in hospital in quarantine treated with methotrexate (used for chemotherapy drug) monitored closely preparing myself for possible emergent hysterectomy to save my life at any moment. Fortunate for me it didn’t grow big enough after the treatment injections to rupture and it was successful. This story would have been quite tragic had I not been blessed by Dr Michelle from Hampton Park Women’s Health Care whose nurturing care and obvious skill and experience literally saved my life. Over and above.
Thank you for your care whilst I was at the clinic on 120913. Your understanding and caring manner made this emotionally difficult time comforting. Your kindness was greatly appreciated.
A big “thank you” for looking after my daughter, and making it much easier for her.
Thank you for your care whilst I was at the clinic in September 2013. Your understanding and caring maner made this emotionally difficult time comforting. Your kindness was greatly appreciated.
I would like to take a minute out of my time to say thanks and how supportive the staff at the clinic were, making an unpleasant experience as comfortable as possible & not feeling judged as everyones situation is different. Thank you it is much appreciated.
