At Hampton Park Women’s Health Clinic, we can assist patients and general practitioners in the assessment and treatment of women’s health issues. Our women’s health clinic is set up to enable our doctors to assess and investigate women suffering from issues that are difficult to resolve in the normal GP setting. We aim to provide a limited number of spaces for patients with issues that might otherwise be left waiting for a long time in the public hospital setting, such as management of a miscarriage or difficult IUD removal due to no string present. How We Can Assist

At our clinic, we offer a range of women’s health services, including cervical screening tests, colposcopy and sexual health screening.  We also offer sedation for patients who have had troubles having pap smears in the past. Many local doctors also refer on to us patients in whom they were unable to insert an IUD or in whom the string could not be felt prior to removal. We prefer to insert all IUDs with an anesthetic.
Other women’s health services we provide include pelvic ultrasounds for the assessment of undiagnosed vaginal bleeding, possible miscarriage, or ectopic pregnancy. STD screening is another service available at our clinic.
